  1. customized products

The personalization process must be seen as the result of a complex creative method, in which Hernani Santiño knows the client personally. Through such a process, he intends to translate the client's essence into a unique piece of clothing.

To start the personalization process, the customer must contact us by email or fill in the form on the personalization jackets page. There you will be asked to leave some initial information that will help Hernani Santiño follow the process.

The FRAMMENTI team will call you or send you an email so that a first interview can be scheduled. A physical meeting is required for effective personalization. The details of this meeting will be set, as well as the day, time and meeting point.

At the beginning of the process, the customer will be asked to transfer 50% of the final product value. The other 50% will need to be transferred when the product is finished and ready to ship.

The price of custom coats varies depending on different variables, such as travel expenses or the complexity of the process. It can also be adapted according to customer requirements. FRAMMENTI will share the price in the early stages of the customization process.

  1. Price

Prices shown on the website include VAT. The original cost of each product is established in Euro (EUR), and conversions will be made if the product is purchased from a country outside the Euro zone.

Prices can be changed at any time by FRAMMENTI. If the order takes place after the price has changed, the amount charged will be the one that the user found when placing the order. An email will then be sent with the product details and purchase description.

Delivery costs are included in orders over 100 euros and will not be charged to the buyer. The buyer is, however, responsible for the costs of returning the product. For more information on this topic, please read our Delivery and Returns page.

Buyers can complete the purchase process by paying with PayPal and credit/debit cards. The following cards are accepted: VISA, American Express, Mastercard, and Maestro.

ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Dear Customer,

The European Union has created a website to support consumers in submitting complaints about any dispute they are involved in. In this context, we provide all the information so that you can exercise your right of complaint with an official, third party and impartial entity to the process, ("dispute resolution entity") that will help you to resolve the dispute in question.

So, if you were dissatisfied with the purchase of a good or service, or with the solution presented by us to solve the situation, you can access this official website https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/?event=main.home.show and state your objection.

What is alternative dispute resolution?

Alternative dispute resolution is the possibility that all consumers have at their disposal to appeal and official entities that help them in the resolution, or guidance of any conflict, before opening litigation in the Courts.
As a general rule, the procedure is as follows: the customer asks an impartial third party to act as an intermediary between him and the merchant who is the subject of his complaint. The intermediary can suggest a solution to your complaint, impose a solution on both parties, or bring the parties together to find a solution.
You may know the concept of alternative dispute resolution by another name: 'mediation', 'conciliation', 'arbitration' or 'committee responsible for consumer disputes'.
Alternative dispute resolution is, as a rule, less expensive, less formal and faster than the judicial route.

In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may resort to the following alternative consumer dispute resolution entities:

CNIACC – National Center for Information and Arbitration of Consumer Conflicts

CACCL – Lisbon Consumer Dispute Arbitration Center
